G-SHOCK recently announced a new G-SHOCK Digital Glitch series in June 2022. This Digital Glitch series apply a polarised ink print, multi-angle printing (MAP), and semi-transparent materials to create designs that evoke digital glitch computer display effects. Image of a digital glitch such as digital noise and malfunction, is printed on the cases and the bands.
There are 3 base watch models and colourways:
- Square-case digital DW-5600 in blue
- Attractive octagonal bezel GA-2100 in purple
- Sporty analog-digital GA-2200 in green
The polarised inks give various facial expressions from different angles. These watches can be a great fit for various fashion styles.
The Digital Glitch series watches are equipped with lights for digital display, and the watch face gives a clear view in dark places. The GA-2100NN and GA-2200NN watches can a world time from 48 cities. All 3 watches are shock resistance and water (200m) resistance. They also include a stopwatch and countdown timer function.
