Return of my Running – the green light given to me by my specialists since my freakish accident 9 months ago, when I heard the news, I was simply elated and I can’t express my relief and happiness that I am allowed to be back on track, returning to a fit and healthy lifestyle again, something that I had been lacking since my hospitalisation and injuries, that I have to work extra hard on, in order to gain back pre-injury fitness and running levels and physical conditioning.
While I had not put on my physical training (PT) gear , put on my ASICS running shoes and hitting the running tracks in the parks and roads, I was longing to do it and my current business/work schedule was putting me off – this excuse shall be thrown out and I must not blame my lack of time and instead concentrate on my time management and desire to get back into fit and healthy lifestyle again. I promise to take responsibility for my running and healthy lifestyle actions ! I am looking forward to returning back to running full Marathons again !
