The modern age era that we are living in, the modern century accompanied by many gadgets and technology. There were so many changes, to how we live, work, and communicate with loved ones and friends. We have advanced so much in terms of learning, education, technology and connectivity yet we also lost the simple things and rules in life that made our life easier, fun and less stressful.
I read Dalai Lama’s sharing his wisdom and thoughts on The Paradox of our Age. His words enlightened me and it was very meaningful to everyone of us, the human race. His teachings in the Paradox of our Age reminded us that in this modern age of technological advancements, we need to be mindful of the little things that will affect our personal and working life. As I read the words of wisdom again and again, it’s a constant reminder to myself on the paradox of our modern age that we are living in.
We all can make this world a better place to live in, for the future generations.
